C.M.P.No.6735 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in representing the C.M.A.SR against judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.451 of 2014 on 11.04.2019 on the file of the Learned the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge) Namakkal, pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous;

C.M.P.No.6739 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in paying the deficit court fees of Rs.5,775/- C.M.A.SR against judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.451 of 2014 on 11.04.2019 on the file of the Learned the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge), Namakkal, pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, the delay in both the petitions stand condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
