ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.530 of 2022 on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, on 04.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230001922C202500004.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
