The petitioner has filed this petition seeking quashment of an FIR in Cr.No.917 of 2017 dated 12.05.2017 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, C2, Elephant Gate Police Station, Sowcarpet, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the state submits that during investigation in Cr.No.917 of 2017, investigation against the petitioner herein has been dropped and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
