O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to transfer SC.No.112 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional District Sessions Court, Ranipet to Vellore SC/ST (POA) Court where Spl.SC.No.47 of 2020 is pending. In 1/3

view of the bifurcation of the District, the territorial jurisdiction of the cases falls within the Ranipet District. Therefore, the SC/ST(POA) cases pending in Vellore District are necessarily be transferred to Ranipet District after notification issued by this Court designating the Principal Special Court, Ranipet as a Special Court to try offences under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. In the light of the above fact, this Court finds that the prayer of the petitioner herein, that both the cases to be heard in one Court by default will be complied and therefore no orders are required at this stage. Hence, Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 19.06.2024 Vv To
