Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare that the three awards dated 15.08.2009 passed by the first respondent in Arbitration Petition Nos.87 to 89 of 2008 and registered as Document Nos.6486 to 6488 of 2009 by the second respondent are ab initio void, illegal, invalid and not binding either on the properties described therein or on any one else including the petitioners.
