Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23.03.2016 and take action on the respondents 7 and 8 with reference to the building of Village Panchayat in Pudukuppam Village, Vanur Taluk pursuant to the work order in Na.Ka.No.A1/ /15 dated /03/2015.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) This public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner to direct respondent Nos.1 to 6 to consider the representation dated 23.03.2016, in which it has been alleged that respondent No.7 is acting contrary to law, while implementing MNREGA Scheme by favouring respondent No.8, who is none other than her husband.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation said to have been made on 14.03.2016 to respondent No.5 being the Inspector of Panchayats, we direct respondent No.5 to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent No.7 within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
