Writ Petition No.4797 of 2013 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the first respondent in Letter No.3589/Ni.A.3/2Y2011-2, dated 27.03.2012 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to re-convey the lands in Survey Nos.24/2, 25/1B, 25/2A, 27/1C, 26/2B and 27/1B2 in Veera Keralam Village, Coimbatore District, to the petitioner.
