ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a mandamus directing the third respondent to furnish an application form and sanction the educational loan for continuing her B.Sc Nursing Course in Gem Institute of Nursing Education & Research College at Coimbatore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.According to the petitioner, when her father has approached the respondent bank with a representation to provide educational loan to the petitioner to pursue her B.Sc Nursing Course, the respondent bank not even furnished an application form for the same. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
4.Considering the nature of the issue involved herein and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made herein, directs the petitioner to approach the respondent bank on 14.02.2018 with a copy of the representation dated 03.11.2017 along with a copy of this order. On such approach, the respondent bank shall issue an application form and thereafter, consider the claim of the petitioner, if she satisfies all the norms governing the grant of educational loan, atleast for 3rd and 4th year course. Such exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks.
5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
