Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019 to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner on basis of sale deed registered in document No.391/2017 in respect of the property situated at Vadavirinchipuram Village, Keevikuppam, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore.

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 18.02.2019, wherein and whereby, she sought to transfer patta in her favour, based on the sale deed dated 27.03.2017 vide Document No.391/2017 in respect of a land in Survey Nos.293, 294/2B, 292/2, 292/1C, 292/1B and 294/2A, situated at Vadavirinchipuram Village, Keevikuppam, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore Dsitrict measuring an extent of 1 acre and 22.5 cents, bearing Patta No.443.
3. It is stated that the petitioner has purchased the above said land from the legal heirs of Late Mani namely, Janaka, Rajkumar and Lalitha and registered the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sale deed vide document No.391/2017 dated 27.03.2017. It is further stated that the petitioner sent a representation dated 18.02.2019 seeking to transfer patta in her favour. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents so far.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner 18.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
