The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.675/2023 dated 21.12.2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the first respondent, submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, Tiruppur in C.C.No.350 of 2025.
