This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the record and quash the FIR in Cr.No.676 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the 1st respondent Police on completion of investigation in Crime No.676 of 2023, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.351 of 2025.
