ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by first respondent dated 23.12.2023, disconnecting all the power supply connections provided to the petitioner's Industry and the consequential letter passed by the third respondent vide letter No.0361/DEE/TNPCB/

ERODE/2024 dated 21.02.2024 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner company to operate as per the consent to operate order granted in proceedings dated 16.11.2016 issued by second respondent.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced the Proceedings No.F.0288EDL/OL/DEE/ TNPCB/EDL/ W/2025 dated 04.03.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, granting consent to operate for the period ending March 31, 2026, overlooking the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent dated 23.12.2023 and the 2nd respondent dated 21.02.2024.

3. In view of the proceedings dated 04.03.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, no further order is necessary in this matter. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
