J U D G M E N T

When this Second Appeal came up for hearing before this Court on the last occasion, i.e., 02.01.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. In view of such submission, this Court directed the parties to appear before this Court on 04.01.2019 (i.e. today) and adjourned the matter to the said date. As per the aforesaid direction, all the appellants and the respondent are present before this Court today and they filed a Memo of Compromise which is duly signed by them as well as their respective counsels.

2. As the parties settled the matter amongst themselves and entered into a compromise and filed Memo of Compromise, the Second Appeal is decreed in terms of the said Memo of Compromise. The said memo of compromise is recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of the judgment and decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
