Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondents rejection letter No.Nil dated 04.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to participate in the common counseling for transfer schedule to be held on 23.05.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Ponnambalathiyagarajan For Respondents : Mr.R.Vijayakumar Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The Writ Petitioner though claimed a larger prayer in this Writ petition for a direction and to quash the rejection order, inspite of permitting the writ petitioner to participate in the common counseling for transfer, scheduled to be held on 23.05.2017, now the learned counsel for writ petitioner is confining the prayer to the extent of considering the representation which was submitted before the 2nd respondent.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.05.2017 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law at the earliest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possible, preferably, before the commencement of the transfer counseling.

3. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
