This petition is filed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.4735 of 2023 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the nature of the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.4735 of 2023, this Court is of the view that, proposed 2nd respondent is the necessary party for effective adjudication of Crl.O.P.No.4735 of 2023. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.4735 of 2023.

4. Issue notice to the proposed 2nd respondent returnable in three weeks time. Private notice is also permitted.

4. Post the matter after three weeks.
