This revision is preferred against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Pollachi, passed in C.M.P.No.1646 of 2014 in M.C.No.5 of 2013 on 10.07.2014.

2. Respondents are wife and minor daughter of the petitioner. Respondents filed M.C.No.5 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Pollachi, seeking maintenance. The Court below, on 14.03.2014, passed an ex parte order directing the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance in sums of Rs.5,000/- and Rs.3,000/- respectively to respondents. Against such order, petitioner preferred C.M.P.No.1646 of 2014 before the Court below. By the order under challenge, the Court below https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reduced the quantum of maintenance payable by the petitioner to a sum of Rs.1,500/- p.m. each to the respondents. There against, the present revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In passing the order under challenge, the Court below has taken into consideration the submissions of petitioner and reduced the quantum of maintenance payable by the petitioner to a sum of Rs.1,500/- p.m. each to the respondents, which cannot be considered unreasonable or unjust. The order of the Court below does not require interference by this Court. This Criminal Revision stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
