Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 08.08.2017 and grant permission to him in order to conduct the cultural and adventure program which is schedule to be held on 20.08.2017 in Sri Mariyamman temple situated at Unai Vaniyambadi Village and Post, Anaicut T.lK., Vellore District - 632 101. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 08.08.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 20.08.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2017. and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 19.08.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
