This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties, as imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3253 of 2024.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
