It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in C.P. No.114 of 2003, the respondent company has been ordered to be wound up by the Company Court and that with regard to certain other issues, the matter is now pending before the Company Court and the matter is posted on 7.11.2016.

2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the above contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move the Company Court by way of appropriate application or join the other employees in the matter now pending before the Company Court.
