ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25627 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017, the first respondent has issued an interim order dated 08.11.2018 in A.Pa.Ka.No.23/2018 to demolish the existing building, which has been put into challenge by the second respondent. 2.In view of the above statements, the contempt petition stands closed.
