The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 26.07.2023, the learned counsel inadvertently made endorsement for withdrawing W.P.No.15959 of 2017 along with W.P.No.24812 of 2015 instead

of withdrawing only W.P.No.24812 of 2015 and prayed that this Court may recall the order dated 26.07.2023 made in W.P.Nos.24812 of 2015 and 15959 of 2017 in so far as W.P.No.15959 of 2017 is concerned and restore W.P.No.15959 of 2017 to file.

2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order dated 26.07.2023 made in W.P.Nos.24812 of 2015 and 15959 of 2017 is recalled in so far as W.P.No.15959 of 2017 is concerned and W.P.No.15959 of 2017 is restored to file.
