ORDER

This Court, by order dated 11.02.2016 in W.P.No.4614 of 2016, has directed the petitioner to submit a fresh representation with regard to the particulars of the land acquisition required by him, before the 2nd respondent and on such representation being made, the 2nd respondent was directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the said order of this Court has not been complied with by the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and the particulars sought for by the petitioner were furnished to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. 4.In view of the above submissions made by both sides, nothing survives in the contempt petition and accordingly, the same is ordered to be closed.
