ORDER

The applicant is the claimant before the Arbitral Tribunal. Because the mandate of the Tribunal ended on 29.01.2026, the present application has been filed for extension thereof.

2. Mr. G.Ramasubramanian, learned counsel, accepts notice for the sole respondent.

3. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording the respondent's evidence.
