Seeking leave to sue respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 14, 16 to 30, 33 and 35 to 38, the applicant/plaintiff has filed the above application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for permanent injunction. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that some of the respondents are residing/situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court though the feature film is to be released within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 18.10.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to number the suit and list the applications on 20.10.2016.
