This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the 1st respondent in TNSE - 1/ 31/ 2020 and quash the order dated 25.08.2023.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issues have been settled between the parties. To that effect, the learned counsel has filed a Memo, dated 22.06.2026 along with the endorsement regarding settlement by both the parties.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
