This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of IA.No.1/2024 in HMOP.No. 86/2024 within a fixed time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed IA.No.1/2024 in HMOP.No. 86/2024 seeking for visitation right but there is not progress in said application for the past 1 1⁄2 years. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. On perusal of records, it is seen that the Interlocutory application is pending from the year 2024. Hence, the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of IA.No.1/2024 in HMOP.No. 86/2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing both sides without giving unnecessary adjournments. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Pending petition, if any, is/are closed.
