This application has been filed since the fifth respondent viz., Mrs.T.Shantha and the 8th respondent viz., Mr.T.Ramesh in O.P.No.585 of 2024 had died, to bring on record their legal heirs as further respondents.

2. The learned counsel had entered appearance for all the respondents including the proposed respondents.

3. Since the proposed parties are necessary parties, this application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff may carryout necessary amendment in the cause title of the Original petition reflecting the death of the fifth respondent, Mrs.T.Shantha and also the death of the 8th respondent Mr.T.Ramesh and bring on record their legal representatives as further respondents in the Original Petition.
