(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to take immediate action against the respondents 3 to 8 and punish them in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar would submit that the complaint received from the petitioner was found to be defective and returned for compliance. However, the complainant has not chosen to represent the complaint or filed a fresh complaint. In the event of receiving any such fresh complaint, the same will be considered by the Bar Council in accordance with law.
3. In view of the said submission, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh complaint to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of initiation of action. In the event of receiving any such complaint, the Bar Council is directed to look into the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
