When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent 2 and 3 that final proceedings have already been passed on 20.03.2020 and a copy of the proceedings have also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition challenging the final proceedings passed on 20.03.2020.

3.Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
