Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N. MAHENDRA BABU, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.D.BHARATHACHAKRAVARTHY, Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19629 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 34 of IPC in Crime No.196 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
