ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned communication issued by the Assistant Commissioner, H.R. & C.E., Pudukottai dated 25.05.2016, directing the petitioner to produce accounts and records relating to the charity.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication issued by the respondent requiring the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the Joint Commissioner and to produce the documents to establish his rights. The Writ Petitioner, as a matter of right cannot seek such a relief in this Writ Petition and he is bound to appear before the Joint Commissioner for enquiry and produce the documents to establish his rights.
