This petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016, petition enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, SRMC Range in C. No.79/AC-SRMC/DC PG/2016 and the same was closed on 21.05.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
