The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had given back the brief to the petitioner long back and he no longer appears for the petitioner. But however inadvertently it has been mentioned in the order as if he had represented the petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petitions.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the following corrections shall be made in the order copy:- (a) "Wherever the representation for the petitioner is mentioned, it shall be stated as "No representation".

(b) Paragraph 6 of the order shall read as follows :- "The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had already returned back the brief to the petitioner and he is no longer appearing for the petitioner. The said statement is recorded. The petitioner has not engaged any other counsel and the petitioner was also not present, when the matter was taken up for hearing. Hence, there is no appearance for the petitioner. Heard Mr.C.A.Diwakar, learned counsel for R1 in CRP No.1045 of 2016 and CRP No.1164 of 2016 for R2."
