A.No.2164 of 2023 in C.S. No. 142 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant as defendant nos. 12 to 15.

In the affidavit filed in support of the application of judges summons, it had been stated that the 3rd defendant had died on 27.11.2022, leaving behind the proposed defendants as legal heirs.

On an earlier date, an application had been filed seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the said application and that application had been allowed.

Taking into consideration all the factors, the Application stands allowed and delay is condoned.
