ORDER

The matter has been listed today under caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the plaintiff. The learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit that in order dated 28.02.2025, the time for repayment of amount by the defendants has not been specified and requested this Court to fix a time frame for the payment of the same.

2) In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this court modifies the para No. 15 in the order dated 28.02.2025 as follows: "...In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the defendants to pay the decreed amount to the plaintiff on or before 29.08.2025"

3) Except the above para, which has been modified, all other paragraphs of the judgment stand confirmed without any alteration.

4) The Registry is directed to replace the para No.15 as stated supra and issue fresh order copy.
