This application has been filed to direct the respondent to pay Rs.35,000/- per month into the credit of the suit towards rent of the suit property from the date of plaint till the disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the owner of the property and the respondent has occupied the said property and not even paid a single pie for occupation. Hence he seeks a direction to the respondent to pay the rental amount of Rs.35,000/- per month from March 2018.

3. Despite several opportunity given by this Court to the respondent, counter has not been filed. Having regard to the nature of allegation respondent is directed to deposit the rental amount of Rs.35,000/- per month from March 2018 to till date to the credit of the suit on or before 07.12.2020 and thereafter from the month of December 2020 the respondent shall continue to pay the monthly rent of http://www.judis.nic.in
