ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the transfer order dated 09.03.2022 transferring the petitioner within Pollachi Taluk.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit on instruction that the petitioner is satisfied, if his representation dated 22.03.2022 given by him, subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, seeking for re-transfer on the ground of his family circumstances, is considered on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.10, P&AR (Per.S) Department dated 07.01.1994 (Transfer Policy).

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation seeking for transfer to the original place where the petitioner was working within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 19.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes / No ab 3/5
