O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission to the petitioners to join BSMS, BHMS or BAMS course against lapsed seat vacancies in any of the Government or Self Financing College in the State of Tamil Nadu for the academic year 20202021.

2. Mr.V.Kathirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that as per Regulation, the students who have participated in the first round of counselling alone will be permitted to the subsequent round of counselling and the petitioners 7 to 9 who have not participated in the first counselling will be not allowed to participate in the other round of counselling.

3. In view of the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioners 1 to 6, who have participated in the first round of counselling for further round of counselling for the lapsed seat vacancies.
