This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 531 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Notice to the respondents 2 and 3 already dispensed with by order dated 16.07.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

5.It is made clear that the petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 531 days.
