C.M.P Nos.23588 and 23586 of 2019 in in W.A.SR Nos.86547 and 86548 of 2017 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petitions for condonation of delay of 450 days in re-presenting the Writ Appeals. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

3. The Writ Appeals shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular numbers.

4. Sri.L.G.Sahadevan, learned counsel for first respondent in both the appeals has put in appearance and prays for an adjournment.

5. List the matter on 13.01.2020.
