The present Application has been filed to permit the applicant to implead respondent Nos.2 to 10 as respondents Nos. 2 to 10 in Company Application No.78 of 2023 in C.P.No.15 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Application is allowed.
