The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38616 of 2015, dated 08.05.2017, has been complied with. In this regard, the 2nd respondent, the Commissioner of Arts and Culture has passed an order in proceedings dated 27.07.2018.Pursuant to the orders, the respondents are directed to settle all the monetary benefits without any further delay.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
