(The Order of the Court was made by M.Venugopal, J) As seen from the contents of Paragraph No.5 of the affidavit filed in support of the present Writ Petition, it is clear that the Festival of the Temple would commence from 06.07.2016 to 08.07.2016. Since the date of the Festival from 06.07.2016 to 08.07.2016 was already over, the present Writ Petition has become an infructuous one. Viewed in that perspective, this Court holds that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
