(CR.NO.8/AC/CB/2021/CB) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by order dated 11.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.5003 of 2021 insofar as it requires the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by order dated 11.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5003 of 2021 insofar as it requires the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 AM., while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice at 10.30 a.m., (i.e., on Monday and Friday of every week), until further orders.
