This miscellaneous petition to grant leave and permission for the petitioners 1 to 5 herein to substitute themselves as petitioners in the above writ petition in lieu of the deceased writ petitioner i.e. A.M.Arogiasamy in their capacity as legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner is allowed.
