O R D E R

This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C.No.65 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi and quash the same. 2.Both the counsels, Mr.Aravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent contended that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and also filed a compromise memo before this Court. The first respondent had registered a First Information Report against the petitioner herein for an alleged offence under Section 430 I.P.C. After https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

full investigation a final report has been filed against the petitioner for an offence under Section 430 I.P.C. The offence under Section 430 I.P.C., is compoundable and since both the parties filed a memorandum of compromise before this Court, the offence is compounded and the proceedings in C.C.No.65 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi is quashed. 3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
