This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case, on the complaint dated 18.06.2015 and to file a final report before the concerned court within stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 18.06.2015 to the respondent Police by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
