ORDER

A representation is given to the respondent police to remove the name of petitioner from rowdy sheet register.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2024 will be considered in accordance with procedure laid under police standing order 747 and 748 and appropriate order will be passed as early as possible.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 23.02.2024 in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from today. No costs.
