This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the Statutory Appeal of the petitioner dated 17.02.2024.

The grievance of the petitioner is that as against the rejection application filed by the petitioner for grant of patta, he has filed Statutory Appeal before the first respondent on 17.02.2024. However, the appeal has not been disposed of.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the Statutory Appeal of the petitioner dated 17.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
