The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Civil Suit before appropriate Court and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to file a Civil Suit before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
